How To Register a Camper

Camp registration begins in February/March each year when the Camper Registration & Health Forms are made available on the website and mailed to families on our mailing list. In addition, forms are also sent to all parishes.

You can receive this form by:

Downloading a Camper Registration & Health Forms.
Checking with your parish office.
Calling the Metropolis of Detroit Summer Camp Office at (248) 909-MDSC (6372).
Contacting the Metropolis Youth Director at (248) 823-2411.

Please complete the entire Camper Registration & Health Forms (one for each camper) and mail it with the camper tuition check to the Camp Administrator.
