Contacting Your Camper or Staff Member During Camp

During the camp season, family and friends are encouraged to send e-mails to campers and staff using the link (on the left), which utilizes the Bunk Notes service. All campers and staff members receive a form in their acceptance packets with information on how to use Bunk Notes.

Please do not use the camp e-mail address listed above to send messages to campers and staff at camp. This e-mail is for camp business, obtaining information about camp and general communication with the camp office.

Telephone calls to the camp are only permitted in cases of emergency. You may send letters or postcards to a camper or staff member at the camp at any time, but please do not send packages of food, candy or beverages to campers or staff. The Rose City camp site address and contact information is:
